How Much Does Mobile Bartending Cost in DFW & Austin?

The cost of bartending service depends on what you’d like the bar to serve, how many guests you’re expecting, and how long you need service. A bartender pouring beer and wine has a different setup and staffing plan from a bar making cocktails throughout the event.

At Whiskey & Copper, we build your estimate around the service you select. You purchase the alcohol directly from a licensed retailer; alcohol is separate from our bartending service price.

What shapes the price?

Your drink menu. You can choose bartender-only service, beer and wine service, beer and wine with two signature drinks, Classic Bar Service, or Elevated Bar Service. The ingredients, supplies, and preparation involved vary by option.

Guest count and staffing. A larger crowd may need another bartender or a barback. Cocktail-heavy menus can also require more support than beer and wine service at the same guest count.

Service hours. Tell us when you want the bar open for guests. Setup and breakdown are planned around that service window.

Event details. Travel, the number of active bar locations, and any additions you request can affect the final proposal.

What should you compare in a quote?

Before comparing two prices, check what each one includes. Look at the number of staff, guest-service hours, drink menu, ice, cups, mixers, garnishes, setup, and any travel or other charges. A lower starting price may leave more items for you to arrange separately.
