Need Help Planning Event Drinks? Choose the Right Level of Support
You may be happy to shop, prepare, and serve drinks yourself but still want confidence in the menu and quantities. That’s where beverage planning can help.
Whiskey & Copper offers two planning-only options: a Drink Planning Consultation for feedback on a menu you’re developing, and a Complete Event Beverage Plan for a detailed guide to what to make, buy, and set up.
Drink Planning Consultation: review your ideas
Already have drinks in mind? Bring us your menu, guest count, and event length. We’ll review the variety, expected demand, and any gaps you may have missed, then send a brief written recap.
This is a useful starting point when you have most of the plan in place and want an experienced second look before shopping.
Complete Event Beverage Plan: build the details
If you want help turning drink ideas into a working event plan, the Complete Event Beverage Plan goes further. It organizes the menu and quantities, scales recipes, and brings alcohol, alcohol-free drinks, mixers, garnishes, ice, cups, and other supplies into one shopping list.
It also includes batching instructions, setup guidance, and one revision. You can use it to prepare the drinks yourself or share the plan with the people helping at your event.
What does planning-only mean?
You purchase all alcohol, ingredients, ice, drinkware, and supplies. You also handle beverage preparation, station setup, and service. Whiskey & Copper supplies the planning guidance; no one comes to prepare drinks or staff the event as part of a planning-only booking.
If you’d prefer us to prepare the selected drinks onsite and arrange a station for a small private gathering, ask about Self-Serve Bar Setup. If you want a bartender serving guests during the event, explore Bartending Services instead.
Start with what you already know
You don’t need a finished menu to get started. Tell us your event type, guest count, service time, beverage ideas, and whether you want cocktails, mocktails, or both. We’ll help you choose the level of support that fits your plans.
