Ingredients
2 oz Bourbon
¾ oz Lemon Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
4–5 Blackberries
6–8 Mint Leaves
Garnish
Mint sprig
Blackberry
Lemon wheel
Instructions
Muddle berries with simple syrup
Add mint and gently press.
Add bourbon, lemon juice and ice.
Shake well.
Strain over ice.
Garnish.

Ingredients
2 oz Bourbon
¼ oz Demerara Syrup (or Rich Simple Syrup)
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 dash Orange Bitters
Garnish
Orange Peel
Luxardo Cherry (optional but recommended)
Instructions
Add the bourbon, Demerara syrup, Angostura bitters, and orange bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice.
Stir for 20–30 seconds until well chilled.
Strain over a large clear ice cube in a rocks glass.
Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink, rub the peel around the rim, and place it in the glass.
Garnish with a Luxardo cherry, if desired.

Dry shake for 15 seconds.
Add ice and shake vigorously until chilled.
