How a Branded Dirty Soda Bar Works for a Retail Event

A store event gives people a reason to visit. A thoughtful beverage experience gives them another reason to stay, browse, and enjoy the occasion.

For Ariat’s Game Day Ready event, Whiskey & Copper set up a dirty soda bar inside the store. The menu carried the game day theme through the drink names and gave guests several alcohol-free choices made to order.

A custom menu helps the bar feel like part of the celebration. For Game Day Ready, featured drinks included:

  • The MVP: Coke or Diet Coke with cherry, vanilla, and maraschino cherry/vanilla cream

  • The Touchdown: Dr Pepper with lime, vanilla and coconut creamer

  • Orange Crush: Sprite with orange, vanilla, and sweet cream

  • Cherry Kickoff: Cherry Coke, coconut, lime and coconut cream

  • The Blue Blitz: Sprite, Blue Raspberry, lime and sweet cream

Guests could choose a familiar soda and try a combination they might not make at home. The game day names tied the drinks to Ariat’s event.

A bar that fits inside the store

A dirty soda bar can be set up within a retail space, with a menu guests can read as they approach. At Ariat, the bar sat among the store displays, so the beverage service felt connected to the shopping experience.

For a store opening, customer appreciation day, or promotional event, we can plan the menu and setup around the space and the occasion.
