Two Signature Cocktails for a Wedding at Dreams Hall in Dallas

A wedding bar menu can feel personal without offering a long list of cocktails. For a wedding we served at Dreams Hall in Dallas, the couple chose two signatures with distinct styles: a classic Old Fashioned and a bright prickly pear mojito.

Two drinks, two styles

“Guns Up” was an Old Fashioned made with Woodford Reserve bourbon, bitters, and simple syrup, finished with an orange twist and cherry. It gave guests a spirit-forward choice.

“Desert Rose” paired Western Son prickly pear vodka with fresh mint, lime, simple syrup, and soda water. Served tall, it brought color and a refreshing option to the menu.

The drinks looked different at the bar and offered guests an easy choice. Their names and presentation made the menu feel connected to the couple’s celebration.

A bar that fit the reception

We served from the venue’s built-in bar, with the wedding menu displayed where guests could see their options. Beer and wine were listed alongside the two signature cocktails.

For couples planning their own menu, this is a useful starting point: choose two drinks you genuinely enjoy, give each a clear description, and consider how they’ll look together when served.
